I was asked to take my review down several months ago but my experience with this counseling service closed the door to reconciling with my two daughters. The experience was unprofessional, expensive and caused permanent harm. I can't just let that go. My concerns were not addressed instead, the owner called me and talked about her little children, not my situation at all. It was selfish and strange.
Can't say enough how safe, supported, and held Amy and her team are at YFC. I was referred by my individual therapist when I was looking for a couple's counsellor with my partner, and we have had a wonderful intake experience. Amy is thoughtful, funny, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I especially love how upfront she is about her methods of practice and care. :)
