The treatment was overpriced and under delivered. The woman Amy who owns this establishment was overbearing with wanting to get us back for more session and almost manipulative toward my children messaging them through Facebook and other social media platforms to try and get us back for more sessions.. overall I would consider this womans approach to be more damaging than productive. Horrible experience, very unprofessional
I've have had an incredible experience here. I spoke with Amy about who would be a good fit for me, and she was so helpful, welcoming, and professional. On Amy's recommendation, I work with Paige as my psychologist. The environment at YEG is so warm, comfortable, and intentional. Paige has been a wonderful fit for me, and in the 1+ years I've been seeing her, my life has truly changed. I would absolutely recommend YEG Family Counselling.
The moment you walk into the space you feel right at home. There is a cozy space to wait and get in the right space of mind. From there you are greeted by incredible and knowledgeable staff who are able to help work through so many topics. Natasha has been instrumental in helping my daughter with her anxiety. YEG Family Counselling has provided me with an almost unprecedented amount of bagged spilled open. Despite being asked to remove my previous review, I can't not share my experience. The initial sessions I had were along with my mother to work on a lot of our trauma. But after double billing and refusal to take accountability or rectify their mistake, my mother had to step in and pay on my behalf.
