I love this place! I always feel so much happier after a class. Great workout, great vibe and great beats.
Great studio, great vibe and wonderful staff. I've only been here 3 times, but I've enjoyed every session this far. This place is for everyone. I don't always go the same speed or keep up every beat and move as the Motivators (Instructor) and it doesn't feel any less of a workout. So far, my fave classes are Dean's for Saturday noon and Julianna's for the morning. The sweat alone leaves me feeling boosted with energy and it's a great feeling.
