I had two vehicles serviced by YEG Auto Glass and was disappointed with the experience. Communication was poor throughout the process. On one vehicle, they removed a side window but left a mess—broken glass was scattered on the driveway and inside the car, and not all of it was cleaned up. On the second vehicle, several chrome trim clips were broken during the job and not replaced, and again, the interior was left messy. I expected more care and professionalism. Wasn't really that happy with the end product. Vehicle was damaged, and a little bit of water damage due to incorrect sealing. I guess you could say it is good for the price.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had looked at the reviews because it appears the company changed their name which is a huge red flag. This company screwed me over (I am now going to be paying more than the windshield cost to get my car fixed) and technically stole from me. They took, without replacing, the outer molding and one of the side cowls. There is a gap between my car and the windshield and a hole going to my engine area. Great guys! Great work! Went out of their way to come back and replace my windshield when It rained on my appointment date. Very fast and reliable, highly recommended!
Guys communicated well! They had an opening asked if we could accommodate an earlier appointment. Got it done in about an hour. Highly recommend this service, will be using again for sure!
