This is such an amazing place I love how nice and considerate they are I’ve been coming here off and on had some herbs that I got from here their reishi mushroom helped my mom with her cancer and they are so nice I keep saying it becuz I’ve been to an herbal store becuz it was shown on TikTok and they were very rude cudnt even call to ask if they had an herb and I just so love each time me and my daughter come here they are always so kind and helpful we get in and out and the cashier helps us by telling us if we may not know... read more
So I’ve been here a few times and I see the comments say that herbs had mold I have had reishi mushroom whole from this store since 2021 from this same store still have this same bag no mold or nothing and went recently 2 months ago to get more becuz I was running out but in MY experience as a customer I haven’t seen mold but I do appreciate their business in keep people healthy while the government is actually causing harm
Hands down the best store in the area. The shop owner is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this business. Stop in and check it out!!
Gave them a list of medicine that I needed and not only did they give me the wrong medicine, one bag also had mold in it. When I asked for an exchange they merely took out the molded pieces and sent back the same bag. The customer service is very rude and dismissive as well. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and I will not be going there again.
