I toured the home recently and find this home is clean and maintained really well compared to other homes I visited. My mom attends their Saturday Adult Day Program which she receives exceptional care. It is definitely on my choice list for my dad.
I agreed completely with Wasabi Chan. I went to the same tour yesterday but not sure if we were at the same group. There were a bunch of people who came in late while the tour was just done (spent probably 10 to 15 mins) but the tour lady didn't show willingness to show that group at the beginning and rather, put the blame to them. Horrible experience just coming in to tour the facility. From the receptionist who did not know how to smile or greet, to the unorganized staff at the 5th floor North front desk and to the person who rushed through the tour. I came with my elderly dad who usually don’t say much. Even he made a comment on his way out that he thought he went to visit a jail.
