If I could give a 0 Star review I would! Brad and his team were horrendous. His inability to find parts lead to lengthy delays. We are lucky we even got to use our pool. I know parts are difficult to find because of Covid but how come I could find certain parts when Brad couldn't? Brad is a smooth talker to get you to use his company but his performance is so sub-standard.
