Dr. Yeates is amazing! She is straight forward, thorough, and gave me a renewed confidence in doctors after having some horrible experiences. I felt respected and heard.
The staff that work with Dr. Yeates and the nurses at the hospital are so incredible! They demonstrated empathy and great care during my stay for the birth of my baby. Dr Yeates showed decisive action in making sure the birth was safe, which I truly appreciated. I was disappointed with how she spoke to me, though. I initially spoke with Dr. O’Brien about my possible concerns with the Rhogam shot, stating that I personally know a surgeon from the RVH who had concerns about the COVID shot and the possible influence it could ha... read more
Horrible experience for my daughters one and only. I have never heard a doctor disrespect patients like this woman does. My daughter was told not to make a sound while delivering natural and I am being polite in my wording. I actually waited till shoulders were out before I told her she needed to apologize to my daughter! I would not recommend this woman to any new moms or moms with concerns. She is rude!
Excellent OBGYN specialist. Thorough, supportive, knowledgeable. Amazing office staff as well- Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful to deal with.
