So…spent a bunch of money on a nice set of tires. Had yearwoods auto put them on. No issues off the bat, but the NEXT day I was about to go to work and one tire was completely flat. And the opposite tire was turned inward. I took pics and called them. They had me bring it in and they figured out the issue. The valve stem. Now correct me if I’m wrong but typically when you get tires put on, the stems get replaced. Tell me why they failed to change any of them and the excuse was that they were metal. Um hello? I brought my truck to this shop to have new tires put on. While they did get the tires mounted, they didn’t even bother to balance the wheels, which is basic and should’ve been part of the job. I came back today because I was told they could do two small installations for me— wiring my wheel lights and converting a button into a switch. I had to be dropped off because my ride had to leave, so I waited there for over an hour.
