Dan made an event that could have been very traumatic easy. After 56 years of marriage, my husband and I are downsizing to independent living. Having taken the keepsakes and personal items I wanted out of the house, I locked the door and left--as though going to the grocery store. When I came back 2 1/2 weeks later, the house was empty, swept and vacuumed, ready for the realtor to show. AND I received a healthy check! Dan definitely earned his modest commission. Hired Dan to liquidate my parents estate. He was wonderful to work with. His people some treasures and currency I had missed in my review of things which he gave me. Lived up to all his promises.
