I've lived at this property for over 8 years and I have to be honest My expectations were in the stratosphere having talked to my landlord on 101 we've managed to work a lot of things out and I think I have a better understanding of him and him of me. I didn't really understand all of the things that he has to go through and he owns a lot more property than this building so to be fair it's going to take him some time to get to things if it's not an emergency. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody... It needs to be condemned. It wasn't too bad when we first moved in the landlord gave us hopes that he would be upgrading the property but after living here for 8 years all of that hope vanished. It got to the point where he would not do maintenance anymore he wouldn't spray for roaches or bed bugs, we have to have orkin come out and treat our apartment and we pay for all of our own pocket. I would not suggest living here even if someone paid me to.
