A regular customer, I have two vehicles over 200K miles. They do great work and keep it affordable. Are they the cheapest, no, but they will take care of your car like it was their own with very competitive rates.
If you are an assertive woman, who asks questions-be prepared to be talked down to and disrespected. Between December of 2015 and April 2016, I have taken my car in for the same problem, 3 times. 1st visit, it was their suggestion that I replace 2 parts. We decided to try replacing one first to see if that would help, bc it would be a cheaper route. I took the car back in January for the same problem & they replaced the same part for a 2nd time. These guys are a joke and not cordial. They will break something or just charge you some outrageous price for servicing your vehicle. They will say it's one thing charge you for it and really it's something else. . They love when you pay with a credit card. They are worst than taking a cab, they keep the meter running...LOL
