Same as the other reviews. Eric doesn't deserve a star but had to give one to write my review. I am a property owner and the Advantage Asset embellishes the invoices for profit. So the tenant and the owner are getting screwed at the same time. They ( Eric and Advantage) ignore phone calls & emails when they have what they want from you.
