I will join these latest reviews. Only I give them ZERO stars, but you need to at least put 1 to publish. It started when my Wife and I bought a salt water spa from them, (my pool was done by another company in 2019.) got the spa in and got the start up in Sept of 2022. From day 1 not all jets were working. I called, they said read manual, play with the knobs. I called back. Met with them several times before we signed agreement in March of 2022. At that time we were told 3-5 months to completion after contract approval. It took 4 months to actually get the contract because the sales rep was “ too busy to get to it”. Hideously take some of “his precious time just for us to get to our contract”. Here we are March, 2023 and our pool is in a state of limbo waiting for “approval for a redesign of footings”. The interior pool is a mess with pieces of pool construction and tubing piled up. Use these guys if you have to, but don’t use them if you can help it. They don’t meet deadlines, and they’re not responsive - but they sure do send their bills on time. Here’s our story: we finished all design and permitting work in January 2022. Yearround’s “finish team” started the first week of February 2022, but they haven’t “finished” yet — over 6-1/2 months later.
