I have been with Year 20 fit a little over a month now and I have no complaints. As long as you follow the meal plan and come tour sessions you’ll see results. I’ve lost 5lbs in the one month I’ve been there. Donald definitely makes you rethink your life during your sessions but why walk out feeling accomplished. You work every part of your body. The best part is there’s 24hour access and Donald’s there to work with you. And you can incorporate the excerises he does with you the days that you don’t have training.
A Comfort and Private setting, fitness level are respected and I feel motivated by the personal trainer to be consistent.
Great clean place and the trainer is a chill dude
Year 20 Fit is a personal facility so with that being said the Owner/Trainer is able to form bonds with his clientele. The group sessions are intense and well worth your time and money. I would recommend Year 20 fit to anyone looking to be healthy and fit.
