I recently joined and have just had my third group workout session with Donald at his gym, and I don't think I've ever worked out this hard in my life lol. I didn't know what to expect when I first signed up, but I am pleased with my decision to join the gym and Donald's group training sessions. Great local, independent gym with machines, weights and small group classes. Donald (owner and lead trainer) crafts classes and personal training sessions tailored to individual abilities and goals with a good blend of encouragement and challenge. With Donald you are guaranteed a good workout every.single.time.

This gym is great it’s not the typical huge gym is more cozy and they‘ll make you feel like family. They provide excellent personalized service and even meal plans. I called to inquire about pricing and next day I was signed up. Donald will take good care of you here!!!

Year 20Fit is a great gym. Donald is an excellent trainer. Highly recommend his boot camps.
