Found this gym after much trial and error. I was looking for a personal trainer who could return results, had access to actual equipment, and had a personality that was easy to work with. I finally found what I was looking for. The raining package is super affordable, especially for someone on limited funds. The monthly access is 24 hours and is way less than other gyms. Black owned gym worth supporting. Donald is great he will get you motivated and moving. His 30 minute group classes are intense and effective. You can also workout on your own 24hr secured access.
Great gym and excellent training. As a beginner to personal training, I am really loving it and noticing a difference. You’re in great hands at this gym! You will get nutrition advice, coaching, and convenience of a gym that fits your schedule.
