I've been attending this gym for a couple of months now, focusing on the small group class taught by Darnell. This is perfect for someone who wants a super challenging but efficient workout! Each class will push you and if you stay consistent, you'll see results fast. Perfect for anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to spend at the gym but wants a great workout.

The exercises he does give you ideas for things to do in your free time. And he has all the basics for exercise. He can also help you with the exercises.

I recently joined and have just had my third group workout session with Donald at his gym, and I don't think I've ever worked out this hard in my life lol. I didn't know what to expect when I first signed up, but I am pleased with my decision to join the gym and Donald's group training sessions. The sessions are the most challenging 30 minutes of my life each week lol. Year 20fit is the real deal! Great gym, solid equipments, good musics and an incredibly supportive trainer, Donald is! Would definitely recommend!
