I called today at 2:49 PM with a question regarding an eyeglass prescription so I could place an order for my children before school starts. The female representative who answered was extremely rude, short, and hung up before my question was answered. When I called back, my call was ignored. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I still need to get my children's glasses filled and would appreciate a manager reaching out to resolve this issue.

Here’s a stronger version that includes the lack of follow-up from management: ☆☆☆☆ Mr. Yealy was wonderful and very helpful with both of my girls. He even made an exception to see my 6-year-old, which I truly appreciated. He is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been extremely disappointing. I agree with many of the other reviews regarding the lack of communication and misinformation. Brought my daughter here to get her eye exam and glasses. We paid everything in full and she received her glasses. Everyone at the office was nice, until I get a bill in the mail for all the charges that were paid. I contact the billing office and they tell me I need to contact the office directly.. no one can get it figured out. Every time I call the office someone picks up and tells me to hold on and then sends me to a voicemail! I have proof of payment and yet no one can see the payment? Sounds funny to me.
