Brought my daughter here to get her eye exam and glasses. We paid everything in full and she received her glasses. Everyone at the office was nice, until I get a bill in the mail for all the charges that were paid. I contact the billing office and they tell me I need to contact the office directly.. no one can get it figured out. Every time I call the office someone picks up and tells me to hold on and then sends me to a voicemail! I have proof of payment and yet no one can see the payment? Sounds funny to me. Trying to order contacts. They told me to reach back after the appointment but they don't answer their phones.
The eye exam was great. The communications, customer service, and quality of glasses and fit, just horrible. Be prepared to go in to the store in order to talk to anyone. Don't be surprised by the poor attitude. My glasses came back from the "lab" unusable. I asked to have them fixed urgently. It took over a week, and I repeatedly asked to speak with the store manager and never got a call back... and no response to text messages. Maybe other stores are better. My daughter had her eye exam here. They were very nice and knowledgeable. She explained what kind of glasses she wanted snd was showed the perfect ones on the first try.
