No one returns your phone calls or answers the phone !!!
Came there to order my glasses and wasn’t aware you needed an appt the lady who just got off her lunch break took me and she was amazing !
I recently had my first eye exam at Yealy Eye Care and it was great experience! Dr.Gaughan was a wonderful provider! The only reason for the 4 stars is because I’ve had difficultly reaching a receptionist and my phone calls always go to voicemail with no response.
I’ll be honest the eye exam itself was great! The process after was horrible. I carry two insurances they originally only put one insurance in the system. I then asked for contacts and eye glass prescription they charged me 100 something for my prescription. I thought it was weird so I called them and I asked them if they used both insurances and they said only one was added. They also told me I never paid them and I owed them! No one answers the phones or reads the texts or online appointment requests. Even if you can get someone to answer there are phone line issues. Based on other hilarious 1 star reviews it sounds like I lucked out by being totally unable to schedule an appointment.
