I Went to this Doctor yesterday and they prescribed me some meds then Today when I tried to get transportation through my insurance to go pick up my meds from the Walgreens on Sunrise Way in Palm Springs this Office denied I was there yesterday and said I haven't been a Patient of theirs since 2023! So lucky for me my staff here at the Care Home I'm in is going to take me at 1:00pm to get my Medicine and my Insurance is switching me to a Doctor Short in Banning, California starting next month!!!! super kind and understanding doctor. he saw me when i was severely depressed and made me feel good about small accomplishments like being able to get out of bed, taking my supplements and drinking water. i felt like such a loser for not being able to accomplish what other people my age were easily doing in life, but he made me feel like i was worth understanding. great guy, super kind, hope you get him as your doc!
