UPDATE: Two weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund for an order that couldn’t be fulfilled during the holiday. I have no issue with a business closing early or being closed on a holiday. However, an employee at this florist printed and displayed the holiday hours on the door, only for the store to close several hours earlier than posted.
