I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the experience was quite disappointing from the moment I checked in. The room was not as clean as I expected, and there was a noticeable issue with the noise levels that made it impossible to get any decent sleep during the night. The service was also lacking, and the staff seemed to have trouble addressing even the simplest requests I had throughout my time there. If you’re looking for a typical boring hotel then go to a Hilton or Marriott. If you’re looking to experience a hotel that is unique with the potential to leave last memories then the ye Olde English Inn is worth a look. The room I stayed in was small with but adequate to move around. The bathroom was a bit tight but you’ll hear no complaints from me. Everything was well maintained and clean.
