Exceptional service! The chimney sweep went above and beyond to inspect and clean our chimney. Their expertise and dedication to quality are commendable. Definitely worth it!!!
Beyond the technical aspects, the team was genuinely friendly and courteous. It's the kind of service that leaves you with a smile and a warm feeling – just like a well-maintained chimney.
Waste of money. $99 for a inspector to tell me he can't do the job after looking at the fireplace for 5 minutes. The owner also told me this after looking at a photo and he recommended that his guys come out to inspect anyway. Fully knowing that my fireplace could not me transitioned into a pellet stove. I also recieved no recipt for service or invoice.
Dana was exceptionally professional, friendly, thorough! I highly recommend him to anyone needing chimney cleaning!
