My experience with this office was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, particularly the woman who answers the phone, was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Beyond the poor customer service, I have serious concerns about the quality of care. The office failed to order the appropriate testing, resulting in unnecessary delays in my diagnosis and treatment. 大家不要去这里一楼的皮肤诊所看病，这个医生坑华人，我有保险，我去别的诊所看病收我八块现金，其它有保险报销，来这里看简单的开了点药膏收我80多现金，说是保险报销完了退70多给我，怕我保险不报，我保险报销完了拿保险单去他那里退钱，他诊所接待都同意给我了，这个男医生找理由不退给我，善有善报，恶有恶报，你不会有好下场的
