Aurora staff was wonderful. I love the excellent care and treatment that Aurora provides , among other things. I'm happy that I switched over to Aurora.
This doctors nurse needs to be taught respect. She is absolutely disgusting and rude. I called for results that were clearly ready and she was so arrogant to the entire thing. I couldn’t even get answers on my health from her and had to call somebody else to try to help me get answers. People like this shouldn’t be in healthcare. Absolutely sickening.
I was so pleased by the care I received from Dr Kwak. At the initial visit establishing care and at the subsequent colonoscopy appointment, she was thorough, professional and kind. The communication and process for the colonoscopy was excellent and so efficient. The entire team including Dr Kwak, the RNs, CRNA and registration made me feel so cared for and comfortable.
