Ydrocoast plumbing attended immediately when I needed them to fix a severe outside water leak. They provided an estimate the same day and started working two days later. I was impressed by the high work ethics of the crew. The extensive excavating and installing the new waterline was done fast and and with great professionalism. They repaired the landscaping as good as possible and cleaned up the work area. I might add, that a smaller job on a frozen pipe some years ago was evenly efficient taken care of. Charged $200/hour with no warning or price disclosure. I’m located close by, not far from them at all. They didn’t find the leak, weren’t here the full two hours, and I ended up finding the problem myself shortly after they left. Way overpriced for what little was done. We had a prompt response to our plumbing emergency, they arrived quickly and provided a temporary fix and camera survey. Having identified the source of the problem, they were back a week later to replace a badly damaged pipe. A tidy job, taking care protecting the areas around the work area. Great job, great service.
