Charged $200/hour with no warning or price disclosure. I’m located close by, not far from them at all. They didn’t find the leak, weren’t here the full two hours, and I ended up finding the problem myself shortly after they left. Way overpriced for what little was done. We had a prompt response to our plumbing emergency, they arrived quickly and provided a temporary fix and camera survey. Having identified the source of the problem, they were back a week later to replace a badly damaged pipe. A tidy job, taking care protecting the areas around the work area. Great job, great service.
