The staff at yd. Macarthur Square need to improve their communication and consistency. There always seems to be at least one team member on shift who is unsure of procedures and unable to provide accurate information. The tailoring service was very disappointing, and when mistakes were made, responsibility was shifted onto the customer rather than being addressed professionally. Had an amazing experience at YD Macarthur Square. Amelia and her colleagues were extremely helpful and dedicated, taking the time to help me choose the right formal suit. Their service and effort were outstanding. Highly recommended!
Could not fault them. Took my son in to get a suit for his formal. The service was excellent. We had to order in a jacket in his size, and when we collected it he needed shoes. The girl asked when his formal was, then said she'd pick them up herself from another of their stores, as again we had to order them in; she didn't want him to be caught out not having the shoes for his suit for his formal.
