How incredibly disappointing. To buy a suit for a special occasion, accept in-store tailoring service just to go home & have to repair it by hand before the special occasion. I’m disgusted that this was charged for & delivered. Buttons are bunched together & don’t line up & hem stitches stick out like a sore thumb. Do not recommend. Do your own tailoring, even without experience, you’ll do a better job.
Came into YD Hobart from Launceston to buy my partner's wedding suit, Nagendran went above and beyond to help us out!! He was super helpful and friendly, 10/10 recommend.

I had a really unpleasant experience at YD. The staff were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting me. Instead of acknowledging customers, they were either busy talking among themselves or just ignoring me. When I finally asked for assistance, the attitude was rude and dismissive, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience.
