I had a really unpleasant experience at YD. The staff were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting me. Instead of acknowledging customers, they were either busy talking among themselves or just ignoring me. When I finally asked for assistance, the attitude was rude and dismissive, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience.
