Matty. Beautiful lady with a beautiful smile providing an awesome service. Will be going back to get me some shoes to go with the outfit I bought there yesterday. Attentive but not aggressive, just what I needed. Matty is the best. Edit: Just grabbed my shoes today. Matt was, not Matty but Matt, just as awesome. Great guy with that superstar smile. On the ball and quick to acknowledge other customers on the floor. Awesome service.
Recently went into yd and was instantly greeted by Matt who helped me choose out some casual clothes. As I was trying everything on, Matt came over multiple times to check on how everything was going and offered his advice on sizing and styling which was very helpful. He did this all whilst attending to others at the same time. Matt was an absolute machine and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
**Amazing Service from Zaine** My son and I popped into the store today to find his first proper suit for an upcoming school formal, and Zaine was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly, knew exactly what was needed and made the whole process really easy. He helped us find the perfect fit, added great accessories, and made sure my son felt comfortable and confident. We walked out with the full outfit in one go! Big thanks to Zaine for making it such a great and painless experience.
Maddi you are a superstar! Came in tonight at 8pm with a 12 yr old to be kitted out for his confirmation. Being between sizes it was a massive effort to make happen but she was so helpful and patient. Definitely be back for the graduation. Thanks Maddi we appreciate it so so much!
Very bad customer return experience. I had bought a short. And when went to get it exchange, they denied it because there was a very tiny scar on the zip. I don’t know it was there earlier or not.
