Was served by reed today the customer service was immaculate not only were they helpful and informative they offered great advice on different fabrics and even demonstrated how to correctly roll a sleeve! They definitely deserve a pay rise for sure !

They were really professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I tried lots of different options.
