Don't expect customer service at this store as staff are there to socialise, never felt so bad shopping in a yd shop previously. I am a regular customer but will not return Burwood Westfield store.
Worst customer service experience had a click and collect item ordered but wasn’t contacted via call or email. Tried calling several times but they always told me “there has been delayed in shipping orders <insert reason her>” every once a week. Been ringing them up the whole month. Total careless. Excluding Ryan, all the other sales person are negligent.
Bought a grey suit today and customer service was outstanding. Will be comming back for more suits in the future
I am never comfortable buying clothes for myself, even more so from an establishment such as yd, given I am probably considerably older than the majority of their clientele.
