I have a terrible experience with the store manager only, the staff were very helpful and professional The store has promotion " if you spend over $150 you have Chance spin to win" I win a a suit for my son first time we chosen blue color and after we wanted to change for a black color, the manager she refused to change it, and said if you need black color you have to buy another suit and you can sale the blue color on the market place, I will never go back to the Unihil store. ------------- Update below: Hi Alex, Thank you ... read more

The staff didn’t really seem welcoming to the customers, their conversation felt careless and unprofessional. I didn’t really enjoy my experience here. Hopefully the staff can work on this to make the experience better 🥰

I went to the YD store in Bundoora on Saturday morning, 9 August, needing a full suit, shirt, and shoes for one of my best friend’s weddings. I had only a short time before flying to Sydney for the wedding. Other shops made me feel confused, but the lady at YD helped me choose the best one – she was very helpful and attentive. I’m very happy with my shopping experience.

YD is a pain of a business, as the sizing is totally wrong. I am an XL or XL 1 in most clothe shops, but not in YD. You can try on a Xl 3 or 4 and it is still too small. The staff even admit that their sizing is way off from what they should be. The staff are lovely, but the company only seem to cater for people with anorexia. I would avoid this store to save a lot of time with clothes shopping, as you might find it hard to get something of your size. The staff are very helpful, especially at DFO in Bundoora. Cheers
