As travelers, we felt very welcome in Tracy's classes and attended twice during our week-long stay in the area. Her guidance is perfect for a wide variety of yoga bodies and experience levels. Thanks Tracy, we'll definitely be back next time we visit. 100% Recommend!
I have known Tracy for about 7 years! She is one of the reasons I decided to become a registered Yoga instructor! Her transitions in class are comfortable for newbies and more experienced Yoga practitioners. Tracy is fun, energetic, knowledgeable yet very empathic. She is willing to help everyone and will tailor her classes as needed. Try her classes! You will come back for more!
Tracy and Phyllis are awesome! I will definitely be back! I’ve only done yoga a few times so I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t know what I was doing but Phyllis was patient and made me feel comfortable. I came out feeling like new person after. I highly recommend!!
If you are curious about doing yet hesitant or insecure, then she is the instructor for you. Her instructions are clear, easy to understand, and she gives options for each pose so ot is geared for all levels. Not only are Tracy and Phyllis wonderful yoga teachers; the students who attend are all nice and friendly - there is no judgement or competition.
