The technician was very nice. Unfortunately the ear cleaning was very painful and I have had it done before other places and it never hurt. They offer many other services but I would not recommend the ear cleaning because I don't think the knowledge of anatomy of the ear is there and therefore the risk of damaging inner ear is too high to risk. They do take walk ins and the ladies are attentive.
