I wish I never contracted this company. I regret the decision so much. They charged us $4000 to move a two bedroom apartment and not only did they charge us more than what they told us to begin with, most of our stuff was either missing or broken. Our stuff was damaged beyond repair and the customer service is terrible. I have a month trying to file a claim with their "insurance" but no response. I recommend you never contract this horrible company that is not worth your money or time. I wish I would have done a little more ... read more

OUR STUFF IS MISSING . It's been over two weeks and we have yet to get our stuff . I wish I could give negative stars because I would in a heart beat .
IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH YBT VAN LINES CONTACT FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATOR... YOU ONLY HAVE A LIMITED TIME.... I can’t even tell you how bad this was. When we hired YBT we told them do not bring a truck bigger than a 26’. They brought a 48’ semi. The contract said 13/14 they showed up late on the 14th. Then had to drop the trailer to pick up a crew, which took a few hours. They finally got started after 1pm. The crew smelled of booze and was a sketchy group. I don't have words to describe the regret I feel from choosing YBT for my cross country move. The is the most unprofessional company we've worked with in 10 moves over the last decade. YBT lost over half of our belongings. Countless emails and phone calls to them went unanswered or unreturned. Our only request was their help in findings our precious family heirlooms that were lost, which they ignored.
