Used these mowers for years but they are not made to be commercial. The parts are cheap but they break non stop.. I have several trucks going and used alot of these so I have lots of experience with them. Transmission housings breaks non stop on them.. cheaply made thats why parts are do cheap.. I know several dealerships who quit carrying them as well due to how poorly they are made and customers complaining. Save your money and biy the more expensive toro or honda you wont regret it
