Unfinished Work, Poor Craftsmanship, and a False Lien Threat I hired Ybarra Professional Builders to complete work in my home, including renovating the upstairs bathroom. Please save yourself the time, expense and frustration. Poor quality work, cheap materials, pressure for more money, damage to our property. We are going to be out several thousand dollars to partially fix their substandard work. It’s to expensive to completely fix the deficiencies. We want to file a formal complaint with the state, but they threatened us with a lawsuit and a lien on our property. Please benefit from our mistake and do not hire this company,

When I met nathan and Ben they seemed to know how to get the job done and seemed professional. However that was the last time I saw them and a project that they said would take a week to do turned into months and the workers broke my hose. Since they were working on my irrigation system I couldn't water my lawn and never replaced my hose even after I told them 3 different times. I'm glad I never used them for a big project. Ybarra Builders replaced my roof just over a year ago. I need additional work done to my roof and I have been trying to get them to provide information on the warranty (the contract only mentions there is a warranty). I have been continuously calling Ybarra for over a year trying to get them to provide information on the warranty. Back in March 2024 Ariel and Cristiano came over to look at a roofing job and give a quote. Very persistent to a fault. Reminded me of used car sales tactics. I went ahead and signed an agreement even though it was WAY higher than other quotes just to get rid of them. They showed up the next day unannounced with coffee to try and do a different job (fan install) in which I told them was already taken. I wasn’t there but talked to them over the phone.
