Had them build our fence 2 1/2 years ago. All posts were to be in concrete. They dis not do that. The fence is falling over. No response after numerous phone calls. Complete rip off. Do not ever hire them.

Please save yourself the time, expense and frustration. Poor quality work, cheap materials, pressure for more money, damage to our property. We are going to be out several thousand dollars to partially fix their substandard work. It’s to expensive to completely fix the deficiencies. We want to file a formal complaint with the state, but they threatened us with a lawsuit and a lien on our property. Please benefit from our mistake and do not hire this company,
When I met nathan and Ben they seemed to know how to get the job done and seemed professional. However that was the last time I saw them and a project that they said would take a week to do turned into months and the workers broke my hose. Since they were working on my irrigation system I couldn't water my lawn and never replaced my hose even after I told them 3 different times. I'm glad I never used them for a big project. Ybarra Builders replaced my roof just over a year ago. I need additional work done to my roof and I have been trying to get them to provide information on the warranty (the contract only mentions there is a warranty). I have been continuously calling Ybarra for over a year trying to get them to provide information on the warranty.
