I would highly recommend having Trina as your doula! She is great at being available night or day for any needs or questions you may have! During labor she was great with verbal affirmations which helped with staying calm! As well as giving suggestions for my husband to try so he could be my main support person and stay by my side! She was a great encourager and I had the best birth experience with her!
I am so incredibly grateful that I made the decision to hire Trina as our doula. She offered so much support during our pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences. Trina was very supportive and knowledgeable. I was somewhat skeptical at first about using a doula because I felt that I might not be able to be as supportive of my wife during labor and delivery of our child. But, my perspective changed after Trina's help and support for my wife and I. This allowed us to focus on each other and allow me to support my wife during the birth and delivery of our son. I would recommend Trina as a doula.
