5 hours appointment window. They didn't show, because I missed their call, they stated. The next day they came 1 hour after the appointment window, missing the first one. The tech reset the water heater and it worked however the tech decided to turn off the power supply and told me he had to order a part to fix it, and he was sorry, which was not completely true. Technician came in checked out the concern and went to work fixed the problem, tested it and discussed with me what was done so I could understand. I’m very grateful for his service. He also had a pleasant disposition.
