I hired this company for water heater maintenance and was pleasantly surprised. I’d been skeptical, having dealt with several “technicians” who either insisted on waiting for something to break or clearly didn’t understand what proper maintenance involves. This technician, however, was thorough, transparent, and friendly throughout the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
Update, update, They said the unit is too old and nothing they can do it's working low performance doesn't have hot for long. And told the insurance company too old recommendation replace but nothing is wrong...so they said nothing wrong not covered. I reached out to say that is not helpful it's either not good or good.
