Exceptional customer service. You never feel pressured or rushed even if they have a store full of people. They know their dresses and what will look perfect on each girl. Huge selection and measuring/order service if needed. I'm also impressed by their seamstress work. She is extremely talented and never makes a girl feel awkward when dealing with such a personal thing as sizing.
