Stan and Yay Paella were excellent! We used them for our wedding in Napa. They were very professional and responsive from the moment we first contacted them. They had timely responses, were honest about their price and services. They met with us to coordinate leading up to the wedding. They delivered on all fronts! We hired Yay! Paella catering for our wedding last weekend and they were amazing! First of all, they were very easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and were very responsive via email. On the day of the wedding they brought everything they needed, including their own tables and linens for serving the food buffet style as we requested and they provided compostable plates, silverware and napkins complimentary. We used Yay Paella for a lunch for 100 people the day before my daughter’s wedding. It was a huge hit. The 2 paellas were delicious, even the vegetarian one! It was a great value with food left over and Stan was very easy to work with.
Stan and crew are the BEST and we love having them at Mountain House Estate! They always go the extra mile to make sure you and your guests are well fed and happy. Did I mention that the Paella is delicious? It is!
