Booked an appointment here for the first time in years and had the most unprofessional and dissatisfying experience. My stylist was running late (happens, I know, no big) but proceeded to rush through my service. She didn’t provide the full service booked and hardly asked any questions about what I wanted done with my hair. Even when I spoke up, she didn’t do what I asked. Went in today and customer service was very poor. The young lady acted as though she was too busy to help while she was on her phone.
