This place is definitely better than it was a few years ago. My massage therapist gave me a great massage, and I appreciated the quality of the service. However, I was really turned off by the way a 33% tip was pushed at checkout. That felt excessive and not truly optional, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Because of that, I’m unsure if I would return.
Really disappointed. I used to LOVE this place! Prices have gone up and quality way down. Aggressively reprimanded for not tipping more than 20%!? Massage quality was bare minimum. Not the true acupressure treatment of the past. It’s a dingy and sketchy feeling space, which was totally acceptable when it was a screaming deal with amazing service. But with tip and an excessive $5 credit card fee, it came to $53 for a meh 30min foot massage and awkward scolding.
