This is my second time to visit this location in Bishop Arts. The first time my friends and I went we were serviced by the ladies who worked there. The foot massage was great. This time my friend and I went and the service was terrible. We had men massage our feet (There was only 1 lady there.) The men were rough. I have a bruise on top of my foot and it was a terrible experience. My friend said the man who massage her feet was rough as well. It was more painful than relaxing. I was here today and the guy used one hand and spend 20 minutes just on my toes. I hated it. I want more reflexology and when he did rub he used one hand. Not happy today.
