Usually I have a good experience here but today a black woman with long blonde and brown braids was being extremely unprofessional when talking to customers. I could hear her naming off the woman's medication. And I was standing in line. The woman was talking lower than the pharmacist. She needs to be trained better about HIPPA.
Grateful for how this team of specialists operates. In their minds, there isn't a 'no'; it's a 'WE'LL find a way' kind of thing. And thanks to one of the front men Larry who spearheaded things for me, you could see that with each member of their staff, they were patient, engaging and quite informative on making literally everything seem simple (for your benefit, of course*).
