Too much mold. Wouldn’t even fix it!
Avoid at all costs. Total scam. The only thing that should be living here is the mold they refuse to clean and the felons they refuse to kick out. If you're a decent hard working person this is not the place for you.
Lived here for two and half years. I had continuous issues with extensive mold and mildew in my unit which was in the bathroom, and in the living room coming up from the carpet and growing up the walls. Property manager fought me tooth and nail do to the bare minimum “fixes” like giving me a dirty dehumidifier to help with dampness (I had to clean out spiders and mold from the dehumidifier bucket to get it to work properly).
