As I asked questions about ways to address my heart health, Dr. Poku explained my condition, my options, and my expected outcomes with clarity and in language that was respectful to me. He discussed and presented options regarding exercise, nutrition, and sleep, and made what I considered appropriate referrals for me. He is an excellent physician and all around wonderful person.
