Tried to remove the review sent earlier, the issue has been resolved. My apologies to Yavapai Family med. It was explained how the billing will work Again, Brianna Sense, NP, was awesome. The billing person was nice and resolved issue.
This review is about offic staff only! NP Sease was wonderful. However the incompetence of the office staff is poor. They never checked if my Medicare plan was accepted neither when I made appt, or checking in, front desk staff took my Ins. Card and said nothing. They don't take my Insurance.,now I have to go elsewhere and may have to pay .
