I was so excited after reading the webpage for Yavapai Family Medical. I was really looking forward to my appointment. I had made the appointment online through their system and even made sure to confirm when receiving the follow-up text. I took off work, drove 30 minutes, and arrived 10 min early to find them closed for lunch at the time of my appointment. I waited in the parking lot for 40 min, until they opened the doors. Tried to remove the review sent earlier, the issue has been resolved. My apologies to Yavapai Family med. It was explained how the billing will work Again, Brianna Sense, NP, was awesome. The billing person was nice and resolved issue.
This review is about offic staff only! NP Sease was wonderful. However the incompetence of the office staff is poor. They never checked if my Medicare plan was accepted neither when I made appt, or checking in, front desk staff took my Ins. Card and said nothing. They don't take my Insurance.,now I have to go elsewhere and may have to pay .
