Our company joined the YCCA right before the pandemic. We were a new company and thought the membership would bring us exposure, perhaps advertising discounts, informational resources, contractor advocacy, and all the other things these organizations usually provide. Having a place where a potential client can call and obtain information on member contractors so that they can get the best fit for their project. very unhelpful. We had a complaint about a business owner that threaten us and she immediately started to defend the contractor saying that it was my attitude that cause the issue. She knows the contractor and claimed that he would never do that, he did and harass us over the phone a number of times. I ask her not to contact the contractor but she did anyway and is waiting to hear back from him.
