I am writing to share my positive experience with your office. Although not having a primary provider can be challenging, the ease of scheduling an appointment was a breath of fresh air. I recently visited the Prescott Valley location to receive vaccines required for a healthcare program. Tyler, the nurse who assisted me, was exceptional. Brenda is so kind and helpful and listened to my upset and helped get me to the right place. Thank you for listening and being understanding and kind. I called because Spectrum has yet again lied to me and caused mistrust. Brenda directed me to the right place to find the help I’m looking for. Thanks for the honesty and advice and support.

Unfortunately, not many primary care providers to choose from … Dr Crumren is excellent. The back office is broken: Phones are rarely picked up (or patients are dumped into a deep queue), necessitating a drive to the office… Requests are rarely fulfilled, seems there is no process or accountability… When I complain (often), plenty of empathy, no action. Lowering expectations again… Looking for a new provider …

Called at 4.30pm on a Friday. Website said they are open until 5pm! No one answered my call even though I was placed on hold for 30 minutes!!! So sad!
