AVOID AT ALL COSTS Totally agree with the other reviews. Zero customer service, completely forgets that your the paying customer and acts like she’s the one buying something from you. Heath and safety hazard with displays falling down!

Can't give zero stars so had to give one. But completely rude customer service. Was not bothered to show us the outfits upstairs. Rudely telling us to put our masks on even though her own was not on properly and she told us to put on hand sanitizer and she asked us if we can "read the sign outside" really angrily. Extremely disappointed with the service of this shop.

I highly recommend Yavani. I bought my own wedding outfit and my sister in law bought hers from here a couple of years later too. Their outfits are absolutely beautiful and you can really see a massive difference in the quality between others on Belgrave Road and these. They’re so patient, really helpful and let you try outfits as many times until you’re sure. Please do go and check them out.

This is the most professional bridal shop in Leicester! This couple allowed me to try on my outfit several times and let me take my time on deciding. They delivered to perfection! Could have not had a better service!!!
