I called the Yatton dentist as my old bottom bridge had broken. An appointment was quickly arranged, and I was asked for a credit card payment, which was completed. At the appointment, I was surprised by how young the dentist and her assistant were. She was very direct and advised that nothing could be done with the old bridge as one of the teeth had broken. Expensive quote including unnecessary treatment. I wanted and paid for a New Patient Examination and was booked in swiftly and efficiently. Upon arrival the receptionist team were polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately following my examination by the dentist I was given a quote for £1,202 including two fillings and a Zirconia Crown. I had an appointment today with Dr. Micky for a long overdue root canal. I had put it off for too long that the decay had gone very deep and had caused cracks, but Micky handled it very well with patience and thoroughness. Special thanks to Sophie too, together their supportive energy helped ease my nervousness. Truly positive experience.

I can highly recommend Elis and the Yatton Practice. Elis, the nurses and the reception team have always been friendly, professional and reassuring.
