When his patients went to see him in-office, there were no complaints. However, as soon as his patients with dementia were moved to a nursing home, WHERE HE IS THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR, communication became non-existent. He does not communicate with court-appointed guardians of patients regarding the care of his patients. Incredibly disappointing to have our elderly family members treated with such disregard.
Dr Goyal is very detailed and has a good understanding about the needs of his patients. He explains everything very well and he is extremely knowledgeable. Changing to his practice was a good decision
