Allen was very honest and professional, and got the roof repaired the very next day after I signed the contract!
After our roof was damaged by hail, State Farm recommended Yates Roofing, and Mark Baker was our roofer. Mark was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with us to create a plan that fit both our needs and our budget, and he also handled all the necessary insurance paperwork after the roof was replaced. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Without Yates I don’t think my experience with the insurance company could’ve ended well, Insurance company Played games for 6 months and Yates supported me in every step. The work of the roof was fast and professional. And the most important thing for me they didn’t play games.
