Great service, wonderful communication, even for out of town customers! That’s amazing. Highly recommend!
Yates Roofing was great to work with. The customer service was fantastic, and they would match my schedule when setting up meetings. The roof looks great and they were able to remove and reinstall the solar panels on my roof with no issues. The pricing was fair compared to other companies. My only critique is the clean-up, after construction there were shingles scraps and trash in the yard. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend Yates Roofing to my friends and family.
Yates Roofing did a fantastic job! There was no one else I was going to call other than my friend James Ford when my roof needed repaired or replaced. I’ve known James for over 20 years and trust whatever James says. He’s as honest as you will find. Please consider asking for James and using Yates Roofing for your roofing needs.
I’ve referred Yates to clients and we’ve used them ourselves for a roof replacement. I can’t say enough great things. They are responsive, reliable and do great work!
Was a recommendation from a friend and really paid off! With so many issues out there we were very grateful we got them. Excellent communication, stayed on schedule start to finish, no surprises on cost. Found some areas that needed fixing that couldn’t be seen and instead of just roofing over them, they called me to discuss and repair. Their inspector actually met the insurance adjuster at the house and inspected together! So glad we used Yates Roofing.
