Yates Roofing completed a new roof on a rental property we own. They completed the project in one day. The property was so clean when they left you would have never known a new roof was put on! Yates was highly recommended to me by my dad and his recommendation was spot on. I applied for the fortified roofing grant program and they were one of the few approved companies on the state list. Drew and his team were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and had a friendly, engaging team of employees. No mess was left behind, I have yet to find one nail! I see why you have almost a perfect rating!! Great communication even during the complete roof replacement. My father in law stayed and the supervisor literally sent him text updates with pics explaining everything. They worked so fast, install team was kind and polite as I left this morning. Who leaves someone's whole yard CLEANER than when they got here!!?? I would give you 100 stars.
